Live2D Commissions (CLOSED)
If you are interested in a Live2D commissioned vtuber model by me (@tararaizu), please read the following carefully.
‣ Commissions are not on a first-come-first serve basis. After the submission period ends, I will take a close look and decide which projects are the best fit for me. Depending on the number of submissions, I may not have the ability to respond to everyone. Please know that I appreciate your time and interest. ♡‣ Please take the time to read my Terms of Service (ToS) carefully. If you commission me, you automatically agree to these terms, whether you have read them or not! I reserve the right to update the ToS at any time.‣ All prices listed are in USD and are base/starting prices. Price may increase depending on complexity of design/request.

• Full body base drawn (for additional outfits) - $60+
• Per additional outfit or hairstyle drawn + rigged - $100+
• Complicated accessories drawn + rigged (wings, tails, held items, etc) - $50+
• Character design (incomplete or no reference sheet) - $100+
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service (ToS):• You must own or have the rights to use the designs/references you supply to me. Absolutely NO licensed media (logos/characters/etc). I will do my best to ensure that designs provided to me are authentic, however I am not liable for stolen artwork or designs.• Live2D commissions are approved for digital commercial use in livestreaming, video, etc..
• You may not redistribute or sell my work (this includes reselling if you decide to rebrand). While you may claim ownership of the character, I retain copyright ownership to my work, including artwork.
• Limit distribution (sharing) of high resolution images of my artwork to only highly trusted and vetted sources. We must both be diligent to ensure your model does not get stolen or traced.
• Use of my art in AI image generators, training data sets, etc., is strictly prohibited.• This commission is for digital file(s). No physical goods will be exchanged.
• All goods received are for digital use only (no prints, merch, etc.). Use of my artwork in physical print is strictly prohibited without an explicit Commercial Usage License for print.• All transactions will be conducted through PayPal (invoice), in USD.
• 50% - 100% payment upfront. 100% payment is required once the initial sketch is approved. No files will be delivered before 100% payment.
• No refunds will be accepted once I begin work on the commission.
• Prices of my commissions are subject to change at any time.• I have the right to refuse any request I am not comfortable with.
• I am allowed to post the commission on social media, use it as an example, and record/livestream the process. Please inform me if you would like to keep the commission private before its debut.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I feel my ToS has been violated. My refund policy will remain in effect.
• A violation of my ToS revokes all usage rights (digital & print, personal & commercial) of the commissioner.
• I reserve the right to change the ToS at any time.--‣ Completed commissions are delivered via Google Drive.
